How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to other fulltime commitments and the shop being run solo, order processing will take about 3~5 business days.

Upon processing and being dropped off at the post office, the shipping time will depend on what was purchased. All charm/button pin orders are shipped in bubble mailers via USPS Ground Advantage and come with free tracking. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number when your shipping label has been created. Please note that this email does not mean your order has shipped; typically your order will be dropped off at the post office within 12-24 hours.
Sticker-only orders are sent via regular letter mail and do not have tracking.

Domestic shipping will take about 1~2 weeks to arrive. 
International orders to Canada will take about 2~5 weeks to arrive.

If your order is taking longer than 3-6 weeks or runs into an issue, please contact me via the BigCartel Contact form -OR- email me at [email protected]. To expedite the process, please include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.


Return/Exchange policy?

If I have not shipped your order yet, I can easily refund your order.

I do not offer refunds for the following circumstances:

• PayPal's refund fee
• Orders in transit
• 3 months or greater since the order was sent
• Shipping mistakes made by customer (incorrect street address, etc.) for an order that has already shipped
• Order mistakes made by customer (ordered wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.) for an order that has already shipped. Please make sure that your order is correct prior to purchasing, or contact me immediately to get it fixed before it gets shipped!


I have an issue with my order.

To expedite the process, please include your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email), a description of the damaged/missing items, and photos (if applicable).
 

International shipping?

I now ship to Canada! Due to shipping  complications and other constraints, I have halted international shipping to other countries for the foreseeable future.


Why does my charm have small air bubbles / small scratches on the flat acrylic?

Some charms have a clear protective layer intact. The air bubbles / small scratches will disappear if you peel this layer off and does not damage the charm.

It can be hard to see the layer at first, but if you carefully use a thin object to gently push it from the edge, it will start to peel back and then you can pull it off. It's quite satisfying :)
